Till now, only 10 out of 102 enterprises (accounting for 19.6%) have been equitized, 12 out of 38 enterprises transferred to limited liability companies with 2 members (31,28%), 11 enterprises approved to dissolve, etc. Some localities have to adjust their overall plan due to the lack of practicality.

By the end of the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue stressed that the reorganization and renovation of agro-forestry had great impacts on the agricultural restructure, state company renovation and lives of millions of people. Deputy Prime Minister stated that 2018 should be the peak of the reorganization, renovation and efficiency improvement of those enterprises according to the Politburo’s Resolution no. 30. In 2019, the Government would ask the State Audit of Vietnam to thoroughly audit the operations of enterprises to report to the National Assembly.
